所有出租物业都必须在2019年6月底之前达到保温标准。我们会不断评估您的物业的保温标准，以确保法规生效以前达到标准。同时，我们还为我们管理的每个不符合规定的房产提供保温棉报价。目前这些报价将适用于保温棉低于新标准要求的出租房。一旦报价得到您也就是房东的同意，我们会安排保温棉组装工作开始。保温棉组装工作一旦结束，我们就会更新房产业主。这整个过程大约需时6-9个月。
