2023 has not been another very busy and exciting year. As we wrap up the year, we’d like to thank you for your support and loyalty. Thank you very much and Uno will not be where it is without you.
Our office will be closed from 4.00 pm on Friday 22nd December 2023, and reopens at 9.00 am on Monday 8th January 2024.
During this time there will be a staff member available to respond to any emergency maintenance issues that should arise – our after-hours phone number 021 160 4332 will be monitored throughout the holiday period.
Your December rent payments will be processed on Friday 29th December 2023 which will be when your funds will be deposited to your bank account and you will receive your monthly statement. It is important to note a lot of the rents won’t be reflected on your statement due to many public holidays during this period. It is important that you contact your property managers after 8th January 2023 for any accounts-related queries.
