2024 has been another very busy and exciting year. As we wrap up the year, we’d like to thank you for your support and loyalty. Thank you very much and Uno will not be where it is without you.
Our office will be closed from 4.00 pm on Friday 20th December 2024, and reopens at 9.00 am on Monday 6th January 2025.
During this time there will be a staff member available to respond to any emergency maintenance issues that should arise – our after-hours phone number 021 160 4332 will be monitored throughout the holiday period.
Your December rent payments will be processed on Tuesday 31st December 2024 which will be when your funds will be deposited to your bank account and you will receive your monthly statement. It is important to note a lot of the rents won’t be reflected on your statement due to many public holidays during this period. It is important that you contact your property managers after 6th January 2025 for any accounts-related queries.
