2022 has not been without its challenges for all of us, and as we wrap up the year, we’d like to thank you for your support and loyalty. Thank you very much!

Our office will be closing for two weeks during this period so that our team can come back refreshed taking on challenges and serving you better.

Your December rent payments will be processed on Friday 30th December 2022 which will be when your funds will be deposited to your bank account and you will receive your monthly statement. It is important to note a lot of the rents won’t be reflected on your statement due to many public holidays during this period. It is important that you contact your property managers after 9th January 2023 for any accounts-related queries.

The last day with the full team in the office will be from 4.00 pm on Friday 23rd December 2022 and reopen at 9.00 am on Monday 9th of January 2023. However, during this time one of our Property Managers will be on call to cover any emergencies that may arise – the emergency number to call during this period is 021 160 4332.
